Parkway East (376) Westbound (Monroeville to Pittsburgh):
Take Swissvale / Edgewood
Exit last exit prior to Squirrel Hill tunnel.
At
off-ramp make a
right hand turn onto South Braddock Avenue, continue on South Braddock
Avenue for about a mile or until you come to
the second traffic light. At the intersection
of South Braddock Avenue and Forbes make a right hand turn. Continue on
Forbes
for two blocks until you reach the first stop sign, make a left onto Peebles
Street. Go until the second stop sign and make a right, this is Kelly Avenue.
Continue on Kelly until you reach the first traffic light (after 2 blocks),
office is second building on the left-hand side of street, opposite the
Kelly Elementary School. Address is 413 Kelly
Avenue, street parking is available
in front of office.
From Parkway East (376) Eastbound (Pittsburgh to
Monroeville):
Take
Swissvale / Edgewood Exit first exit after Squirrel

Y’s in
the off-ramp bear left and merge onto South Braddock Avenue, continue on
South Braddock
Avenue for about a mile or until you come to the second traffic light.
At the intersection of South Braddock Avenue and Forbes make a right
hand turn. Continue
on Forbes for two blocks until you reach the first stop sign, make a left
onto Peebles Street. Go until the second stop sign and make a right,

Penn Avenue:
At
the intersection of Penn Avenue and West Street (within
Wilkinsburg
border) make a left onto West Street from
Penn Avenue if proceeding
towards downtown Pittsburgh from Wilkinsburg or make a right-hand
turn
onto West Street from Penn Avenue if proceeding from Pittsburgh
to Wilkinsburg. West Street
begins opposite the new Eckert Drug Store located in Wilkinsburg.
Continue on West Street for three blocks
or until you reach the first traffic
light.

is the intersection of West Street and Kelly Avenue, make a left-hand
turn office is located in the second building on the left-hand
side of the street

Route 28:
Exit Route 28 onto the Highland Park Bridge,
stay in the left most lane once on the bridge
and follow Route
8 onto
Washington Blvd.
At the
intersection of Washington Blvd. and Penn Avenue continue on
Route 8 towards Wilkinsburg by making a left hand
turn onto Penn Avenue.
Follow
Penn Avenue
until you come to the cross streets of Penn Avenue and West Street,
make a right hand
turn onto West Street. West Street begins opposite the new Eckert
Drug Store located in Wilkinsburg. Continue on West Street for
three blocks
or until
you reach the first traffic light. This is the intersection of
West Street and Kelly
Avenue, make a left-hand turn office is located in the second
building on the left-hand side of the street opposite
